1. Scope and purpose of this notice
This Cookie Policy applies exclusively to the main perseodesign.com website. Services hosted on subdomains, such as PerSeo Insights, have their own notices and are not included in the cookie list on this page.
This notice describes the cookies and technical tools actually used by the main website, the external resources loaded while browsing and certain historical cookies that may still be visible in the browser even though the website no longer creates them.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website can store on a user’s device. Other technologies, such as localStorage, can perform similar storage functions. Technical cookies are those required to transmit a communication or provide a service requested by the user; they do not require consent, but they must be described in the notice.
3. Cookies currently used by perseodesign.com
3.1 Language preference
During normal browsing the website uses one persistent application cookie: i18n_redirected, managed by Nuxt internationalisation to remember the selected language and reduce repeated language redirects.
3.2 Cloudflare security cookies, only when required
perseodesign.com is delivered through Cloudflare. No additional Cloudflare cookies were set during the verified ordinary browsing flow. If specific security measures, challenges, rate limiting or anti-bot checks are triggered, Cloudflare may set cookies strictly necessary for security, such as cf_clearance and, where the related features are enabled, other technical Cloudflare identifiers. Perseo does not use these cookies for profiling or advertising.
4. External resources and services that do not currently install analytics cookies on the root site
The website loads typography from Google Fonts. Requests for these files may transmit technical connection data to Google, such as the IP address, user agent and information required to deliver the resource. Perseo does not use this loading mechanism for analytics or profiling.
The website also uses Cloudflare as a CDN, reverse proxy and security layer. Cloudflare processes technical network data required to deliver and protect the website. Email-address protection may load a technical script from Cloudflare’s /cdn-cgi/ path.
As of the last update, a clean visit to perseodesign.com does not generate requests to Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, and the main website does not load Meta Pixel or other advertising trackers. The presence of such domains in the Content-Security-Policy is a residual technical permission and does not mean those services are executed.
5. Historical cookies and preferences that may still be visible
Previous versions of the website used a consent system that could create the cookie_consent cookie and a local preference named cookie-consent. This system is no longer loaded by the main website and its code is no longer used. A compatibility routine removes those values when detected.
The browser may also show _ga or _ga_* cookies associated with the .perseodesign.com domain that were previously created by other services or subdomains in the same zone. The main website does not create or use them and, in the current configuration, attempts to remove accessible residual cookies when visited.
6. Why there is no consent banner on the root site
Because the current configuration of the main website does not install analytics, advertising or profiling cookies and uses only technical or strictly necessary tools, no consent banner is displayed. Information about technical cookies is provided directly on this page.
If non-technical tools requiring consent are introduced in the future, they will be blocked until the user makes a choice and this Cookie Policy will be updated accordingly.
7. How to manage or delete cookies
You can view, delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Deleting technical cookies may result in the loss of preferences, such as the selected language.
